If You're Happy and You Know It app good for
Though Im not a child, I found myself spending tons of time with this app. Its a blast to play and the implementation of all the easter eggs hidden in the background makes for a very entertaining game. Great job guys!
My 3 year old is having fun with this game. Lots to do, tons of hidden things to find. Great music and visuals too!
Very fun game for my kid, she has a blast with all the kooky characters. The song is well done and theres so much to explore. Highly recommended!!!
I cant leave a long review because my son wants to get back to playing it! Seriously though, its fun and funny. I dig it.
This app has so many funny things to discover while listening to a familiar song. The 3 yr old that has taken over my new iPod sits and giggles continuously while playing this ... over and over again!
Would give it five stars but I dont like the fact it is teaching my three year old to pick her nose if she is happy. Would prefer the song and animation say touch your nose or something like that instead. Other than that it is a great ap!
Some bad moments
Granted, I was looking for more of an educational component. All that is required to participate in this app is the ability to tap the screen on pictures in any random order. Great for cause and effect (tap on something and it causes something to happen) for the very young or vey low functioning child. However, the auditory effects are masked by the loud song always playing, which can be quite a distraction for many of my students.
This is a fun app for a 2 year old but the song plays over and over and theres no way to shut it off and just play with the effects. You can mute your phone but then the effects dont make noise. That song got so annoying that I had to take my phone away from daughter because listening to "if youre happy and you know it" played over and over for five minutes drove me crazy!!!
This is just an animated happy and you know it. My kids were bored with it on the first screen
